If I buy something as a Christmas present, what is your refund/exchange policy? 
Over Christmas we extend our returns policy as we know many items are being given as gifts and customers may start their shopping early and want more time to exchange or refund if gifts are unsuitable.

  • For 2014, The extended refund period starts on the 3rd November 2014 and runs through to the 17th January 2015. Our other refund terms and conditions still apply.
  • Items purchased in our January sale are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.

What payment types can I use to shop online?
We try to make it as easy as possible for you to shop online at Dolly Mixture Clothing., We accept the following payment cards via Sage Pay and PayPal: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Visa Debit.

How do I know what size clothes or shoes to buy?
We have branded size chart/guides on each of our Product Details page to help you work out what size you require.

Can I shop online using gift vouchers?
Yes, we now accept Dolly Mixture Clothing gift vouchers online.

Is it safe to shop online at Dolly Mixture Clothing?

What will happen when I place my order online?
When you’ve placed your order, you will get an email at each of the following stages:
1. Order Confirmation - This lets you know we've received your order and it's being processed. 
2. Despatch Confirmation - This confirms that we have processed your order and it is now being despatched.

When will you take payment for my order?
Payment will be taken from your card once the order has gone through the Sage Pay or PayPal payment procedure.

What if I have a problem placing my order online/I’m not sure my order has gone through?
If you receive acknowledgement and confirmation emails then your order has gone through with no problems. If you haven't had any emails, go to the ‘My Account’ section of the website and click on ‘Order History’. If your order doesn't appear in the list, you will need to place it again. If you aren't sure or need some help, contact Customer Services.

Can I amend or cancel an order once I’ve placed it?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you cannot change or cancel it, so you should make sure you review it carefully as you go through the checkout process. If you want to return an order, you'll need to send the products back to us – remember to include a copy of the despatch note/invoice that came with the item(s) as proof of purchase, as per our returns policy.

What delivery options do you offer and how much does it cost?
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being received. Our standard delivery service for UK orders is via Royal Mail First mail for more information regarding our delivery costs click here.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home address, such as work?
Yes, you can ask for your order to be delivered to an address that is different to your home address when you go through the checkout process.

Are there any areas of the UK you can’t deliver to?
As well as the UK mainland, we can deliver to addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and the Channel Islands. If you place an order for delivery outside the UK mainland you should allow a little longer for it to arrive.

Can I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order at any time by contacting Customer Services via email or phone, and providing us with your full name and order number.

Do I have to sign for the delivery when it arrives?
All of Dolly Mixture's delivery options will require a signature.

What happens if there’s no-one in when my parcel is delivered?
Royal Mail or the overseas equivalent will leave a card asking you to collect your parcel from your local sorting office or re-arrange the delivery at a suitable time.

What’s the returns policy for faulty products bought online?
We hope you will be happy with every product you purchase from Dolly Mixture Clothing, however in the rare event it is damaged please return the items as per our returns policy, within 28 days of delivery. But please ensure that you have first contacted us within 5 days to notify us of the damaged goods. Once the damaged item has been received by Dolly Mixture Clothing we will refund the full price you paid for the products or exchange them for a similar product, using the same method you used to pay for them, within 28 days. If you wish to exchange an item we will send you a coupon code for the returned items’ value to use with Dolly Mixture Clothing.
