An interstellar knockout is what you’ll be if you decide to wear our Stella dress. This popular number is perhaps the foxiest dress in our rockabilly-inspired range. From the exciting big black polka dots on vivid red material, down to the little bow proudly taking centre stage on the bodice, you’ll find more than one reason to wear it. The fitted Stella dress is not for the fainthearted. It’ll cling to your curves in all the right places, from the nipped in waist down to the fabulous pencil skirt. It was clearly designed with pin-ups in mind. The halterneck style fastening means your back and shoulders will get an outing - it’s a great choice for anyone wanting to show off their latest tattoo creations. The added details are really what makes the Stella dress a classy choice for a classy lady. There are contoured black bands over and under the bust to help emphasise the lines, and a black band around the bottom of the pencil skirt to bring the style all together. For maximum pin-up appeal, wear your Stella with a pair of kitsch killer heels from our Iron Fist range. There are dozens of styles to choose from. Whatever heels you choose, you won’t be disappointed with the overall result!
Dolly Mixture Fact:
One rockabilly dolly who has been seen wearing the Stella dress is musician Imelda May. With her distinctive pin-rolled hair and immaculate make-up, Imelda has been causing ripples with her bold look as well as her infectious music. Dublin-born Imelda started gigging around her home city aged 16, and eventually put her own band together in 2002. Influenced by the work of Eddie Cochrane and Gene Vincent among others, Imelda and her husband moved to London to pusue their music goals. Although already a successful recording artist, a 2008 appearance on Jools Holland catapulted Imelda and her band into the big time.
